The main ingredient Fennel Seeds is a popular European galactogogue. Fennel has the ability to reduce intestinal gas and improve digestion. Mothers of colicky babies may take fennel to simultaneously help their milk flow and calm baby's digestive upsets. Fennel is also reputed to be diuretic and anti-androgenic, helps to promote milk ejection (letdown) and may increase breast milk supply in nursing mothers. Thus suitable to ease the plugged ducts in breastfeeding mothers.

Direction Of Use:
2 tablets each time, three times daily
Once the plugged duct or pain release, should discontinue consumption. Not recommended to use for more than 1 week.
