The specially formulated cream is easy to apply and will not block the action of one-way nappy liners or disposable nappies. Drapolene cream contains two active ingredients, benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide. Both of these have antiseptic and disinfectant actions.
This combination of ingredients results in a protective cream which cools and soothes any soreness and prevents infection.
